We also offer a full line of earth friendly and biodegradable urns, also known as our “green” urn collection. Each of these urns is carefully manufactured with a special regard to its potential impact on the environment. Only natural and recycled materials are used to fabricate each of these urns, which are meant to break down once they are placed in water or buried in the earth. Some of the materials used in construction include Himalayan rock salt, recycled paper, cornstarch, hand thrown porcelain and wood.

Our Compassionate and Secure Cremation Process

Dignified Transfer to Our Facility

When your loved one passes, a member of our experienced team will personally escort them to our facility. This step ensures your loved one is handled with compassion and care from the very beginning.

Unique ID Medallion for Secure Identification

Upon arrival, your loved one is assigned a unique identification medallion, which remains with them throughout the entire process. This ensures accurate tracking and secure documentation at all times.

Compliance with State Regulations

Your loved one will be placed in a prepared cremation container and respectfully housed in our refrigerated facility. We strictly adhere to the state-mandated 48-hour waiting period before proceeding with the cremation.

Advanced Tracking and Documentation

We utilize a state-of-the-art tracking system to record all necessary personal and procedural details. Personal items, if present, are carefully documented for transparency and security.

Medical Examiner Review

Before cremation, a certified medical examiner thoroughly reviews all forms and records to confirm accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Final Verification for Accuracy

Just prior to cremation, our team performs a final review of all documentation to ensure every detail is correct. Hard copies of these records are retained onsite for one year before being securely archived in our digital database, where they are stored indefinitely.

Digital Thumbprint Storage

At this stage, a digital thumbprint of your loved one is taken and stored in a secure, offsite database. This record is retained unless the legal next of kin requests its removal.

Cremation Process with Full Transparency

Once the cremation begins, we log the exact date and time into our tracking system. Every stage of the crematory activity is recorded on closed-circuit television and securely stored for six months to ensure transparency and accountability.

Careful Processing of Ashes

After the cremation is complete, the remains are cooled, processed, and carefully updated in our records. We assign an identification number to the urn you selected, ensuring it corresponds with your loved one’s unique records.

Return or Delivery of Remains

Your loved one’s remains, along with their identification medallion, are placed in the urn. You will be notified when the urn is ready for pickup. If delivery to a cemetery or other location has been arranged, we will facilitate that process seamlessly.

Personalized Support During Pickup

When you arrive to collect your loved one’s remains, you will meet with a dedicated representative. They will guide you through the final steps, ensuring all details meet your specifications. You will also receive a copy of the cremation certificate for your records.

Permanent Record Keeping

Every detail collected during the cremation process is securely entered into our database, where it is preserved as a permanent record. This ensures your loved one’s information is always accessible for future reference.
