Richard Hiscott jr, age 64, passed away on February 20, 2018. Richard was born on 09/25/1954 in California to Richard Hiscott. He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Hiscot, son Richard Hiscott III, & two sisters. Richard was a very creative man. In his free time he loved to do wood work, paint and make creations using raw materials he gathered outdoors. Most of his life he worked in construction building dream homes!
