January 31st, 1966-November 13th, 2016 Harry Franklin Abbott, 50, of Sapulpa, OK, passed away at home. Frank was born January 31st, 1966, in Midwest City, OK to Joanne (Houser) and Harry Abbott. He graduated from Midwest City High School in 1984. He married Kimberly Diane Lewis on August 2nd, 1985, in Oklahoma City, OK. Frank worked in the restaurant business as a head cook and manager in Midwest City, OK; Mount Vernon, IL; and Sapulpa, OK. "Big Frank" was a favorite among his co-workers. He loved to cook in his off time too, and was known among his family and friends for his cooking. He was an avid and lifelong sports fan at all levels, especially preferring his beloved Midwest City Bombers and Oklahoma Sooners. He had many friends with whom he loved to watch sports and joke around. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Abbott, of Sapulpa, OK; his son Joshua Abbott and wife Erin, of Midwest City, OK; son Nicholas Abbott and wife Kaylee, of Guthrie, OK; three grandchildren, Asher, Knox, and Avie Abbott, of Guthrie, OK; his mother, Joanne Adams, of Midwest City, OK; his father, Harry Abbott, of Oklahoma City, OK; and his aunt, Aleta Dodd and her husband Bill of Yukon, OK. Condolences may be sent to the family's home at 9280 Freedom Rd, apt. 327, Sapulpa, OK 74066. A memorial service will be held at Freddie’s, 1425 New Sapulpa Rd, Sapulpa,OK 74066 on Thursday, November 17th at 6pm.
