We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Earl Linwood Blewett on June 14, 2022. Earl was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He was 57 years old. Earl died of glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain tumor. It was the cause of his disappearance in December 2021 during the Ancient Oaks 100 mile ultra race in Titusville, Florida. The tumor was only discovered in April 2022. Earl had many passions in life, first and foremost was his devotion to his family including his wife, Jennifer and their daughter, Jeralyn. He was an expert fish keeper and breeder of various species of killifish and live bearers. Earl was an avid reader, bird watcher, and outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking. He was a lover of good coffee, poker, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, music, the Montreal Canadiens, and strong women. Earl touched many people during his short time on this Earth. He lived at high speed, compressing many lives into his 57 years. His passing leaves a hole in the lives of those who knew him.
