David was born in San Francisco, California to Noel Eston Galloway and Marilyn Johnetta (Vickers) Galloway. He worked in the oil and gas industry as a pipeliner. He is survived by his brother, Thomas Galloway of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Private family services.
