Charlotte Ross died peacefully at home on September 8, 2019 in Rose, OK at the age of 71. Charlotte is survived by husband, Richard Ross; children, David Preffit, Greg Roe, Tee Roe, and Shawna Herzog, proceed in death by Father-Calude Hubbard, Mother-Bytha Hubbard, Brother-Gerald Hubbard, Sister(s) - Shelby Givan and Betty Asbury Charlotte was born on September 27, 1946, in Jasper, VA to Claude and Bytha. She married Richard Ross, the love of her life, then moved to Oklahoma. After moving to Oklahoma Charlotte opened her Beauty Salon, Four C’S Salon where she continued her carreer as a Stylist and Barber. Charlotte was kind, gentle, patient and driven, a mother who encouraged everyone she came in contact with to pursue their goals. Charlotte was a generous, witty, dedicated individual who loved her Lord, Family, and life, who was passionate about her Lord, Family and life.
