Lisa Marie Phillips, ever the free spirit, journeyed beyond this life on June 14, 2025, at the age of 45. Born on August 28, 1979, Lisa lived a life defined by her deep love for the outdoors, a delightfully dirty sense of humor, and a work ethic that was both devoted and gloriously hardheaded.
She is survived by her beloved partner and perfect counterpart, Cassandra Marie Cunningham, along with her cherished family members: Bill and Dawn Janelle Koch, Amy Dawn Scotti, Avery Dawn Phillips, Robert Taylor Stevens, Analicia Springer, and Aydan Springer.
Lisa’s zest for fun and adventure knew no bounds. She possessed a youthful spirit, a true servant heart, and found deep purpose in creating art across many mediums. Whether she was tending a garden, transforming a landscape, bringing a canvas to life with paint, or building something from scratch, the beautiful things she created during her time on Earth will continue to remind us of her presence long after she has gone.
A life with Lisa was guaranteed to be filled with laughter, plentiful "volunteer" requests for manual labor, evenings spent lakeside, and a steadfast, non-judgmental ear – because chances are, she'd been there, done that, and probably worse.
She will be profoundly missed by a wide circle of friends, family, neighbors, local critters, cherished pets, loyal customers, and everyone whose life she touched.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In honor of Lisa, those who knew her are encouraged to remember her by keeping your lawns impeccably trimmed, your pools sparkling, and by appreciating the natural beauty around us, just as she so passionately did.
