Shirley Jean Henderson

Shirley Jean Crawford Henderson, born on October 7, 1951, passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age

of 71.

Shirley’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends, especially all her children,

grandchildren, and great grandchildren whom she loved deeply. Shirley had many friends over the years

because she was so kind and generous. The family would like to thank Larry Irby for loyally caring for

Shirley for so many years; Mandy, Shirley’s daughter, for doing an outstanding job of taking care of her

mother in the last couple of years; and Shelbi for lovingly being by her Grandma’s side.  Shirley will be

deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Preceded by death by her parents George and Pauline Crawford, her husband Douglas Henderson, Her

brothers Bill, Richard, Bob, Jim, Leonard and her sisters JoAn, Ernie, and May. She is survived by her

children Robert Nuttall (Amy), Susan Nuttall (Curt), Mandy Hall (Stan), Doug Henderson. Her

Grandchildren: Chelsea Dameron (Caleb), Jacob Nuttall, Samantha Wilson (Trevion), Riley Nuttall,

Madeline Sholar, Ben Sholar, Jefferson Sholar, Maurisa Chacker and Ethyn Chacker, Christopher Carter,

Shelbi Henderson, Jordyn Grandstaff. Great Grandchildren: Ava May and Archer Dameron, Brook and

Itali Wilson. Her Siblings Hattie and Larry. Many friends.

Graveside Service will be held on February 10 th , 2023, at 11am at Fort Gibson National Cemetery 1423
